Heritage Hunt by Lennar

We first went to Marque at Heritage Hunt by Lennar Retirement Community. They were paving the parking lot so we couldn't take the tour. This is a luxury rental community on twelve acres. Rental communities are desirable when you want no maintenance, no condo fees and no property taxes. The long list of luxury amenities included pool, spa, massage, Fitness Center, labrary, vegetable gardens, putting green, and tennis courts. However, we did notice that there is only a carded gated entry. The units range rent from $1405's. Remember rates change so please check the accuracy of the above information.

Heritage Hunt

A block further down was Heritage Hunt. See the elegant gated entry which is manned 24 hours. However, check if there is a security patrol. This is around 800 acres and plans are for 2000 units (homes, villas and condos). The condos will be starting soon. There are 2 more years of building to go.

There is a small shopping center under construction but the nearest shopping seemed a distance from the community. There is no shuttle bus so residents may need their own transportation. When we went into the Visitor's center, there was no formal presentation which surprised us since this was such a large community.

Heritage Hunt by Lennar has an 18-hole golfcourse that weaves through the hills, lakes and ponds at the most scenic points.

However, I found some of the streets a bit too straight and the homes were in rows.

I did find this pool area very charming. The pool area was not overly large but I would want to spend a lot of time here. The gorgeous clubhouse is a scenic backdrop.
