I always enjoy visiting this community and would love to live here. It makes me feel good. The reason may be the views, the beautiful landscaping, the homes, the smiles, the elegant clubhouse and everything about it.
This community began in a very bad real estate market but it's appeal and ideal location in Northern Virginia has made it a success!
Although there are single-family homes with garages, the attached villa collection has been particularly popular. And now the elevator condominiums are the latest offerings.
I was really impressed with the elegant clubhouse. There is a Lifestyle Director with a planned calendar. All of this encourages social interaction. And, of course, you do not have to participate if you do not want to.

Finding the property:
Note: To find the community, it is off of Route 7 in Loudoun County.
If you are not familiar with the area, please have a good map, use gps, or call the number of the sales office: 703-723-9105.
I had trouble finding route 607, (Loudoun County Parkway road) that you turn onto from Route 7, as the street sign was hard to read. Look for posted signs on Rte 607.
