Before starting this site we had over 20 years experience in the real estate field. We feel this experience and our love of retirement communities shows on our site. We also live in a retirement community which gives our visitors authoritative viewpoints. Guiding our visitors to this same love of active adult communities is our main focus.

Our site is very easy to use. It was designed for easy navigation. We have more than 500 communities--older ones and new. We keep our website currently updated with new communities constantly.

We have features and articles on topics relevant to only active adult retirement communities. We update with current information on real estate happenings. We promote retirement communities through our content which leads to our viewers wanting to know more about your community.

We reserve the right to be selective of communities that meet our criteria for inclusion. All communities are considered without discrimination. At this time, we do not refer to Realtors except for a few exceptions where this is necesssary for the visitors information. Realtors are welcome to advertise but that would be paid advertising.
