The area is not nearly fully developed yet but with its location only 30 miles to Rehoboth, the ocean beaches and outlets, and the tax advantages of Delaware, which include no sales tax and lower property taxes, it does hold promise to be an exciting place to retire now and in the future. It is filled with outstanding amenities such as a beautiful and large clubhouse, 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts and indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center and restaurants. It feels like everything you need is here. There is plenty of room for walking and bicycling. There are single family detached homes and attached villas for easy retirement living. All the latest design trends seem to be represented.(See photos below.) Please verify all information for accuracy. The community has won some prestigious awards. The homes seem to be a good value, too, with large square footages. (Please check with your local Realtors for market analysis.)
