Siena by JS Hovnanian & Sons when you are wanting a great condominium retirement community, affordable, and the craftsmanship impeccable. We viewed JS Hovnanian's new development for over 55 off Route 130 in Cinnaminson Township, New Jersey.

Great Location The community is convenient to the fabulous shopping off of Route 130 and just across the street. It is just ten minutes to Philadelphia--so easy to visit the new Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. On the drive over we could see the city rising in the distance and the turnpike is very handy also. It is also within an hours drive to the Jersey Shore and Atlantic City. It is near the River Line train. Enjoy Energy Savings at Siena The residents are from the classic downsizing that often comes about at retirement. The residents so far are mostly retired. They have sold their large homes for energy savings (Siena by JS Hovnanian has many energy-saving features including Energy Star program) and a luxury lifestyle. One resident stated they were saving $200 a month on heating bills. Pride in Sense of Community The very informative sales director told me they were proud of the sense of community at Siena. There will be a clubhouse "The Club" and other amenities such as the Fitness Center (very high tech), the Craft Studio, Lounge, Bocce Courts and Game Rooms. The Buildings and Models There are plans for twelve 3-story elevator buildings with 17 homes in each. All models are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths except for a 2/2 plan with a study. The pricing starts around $199,000 but please verify as prices can change without notice. So far 2 buildings are occupied. First we visited the Sorrento Floor Plan, 1559 SF (please verify with builder) and were greeted by this beautiful and spacious living room.
Each building has these wide hallways and warm color schemes.
We loved the spacious master bedroom with large windows for plenty of light.
