It features their main house as an elegant Manor House above the Penobscot River, retirement cottages and condominiums in a natural setting with walking trails. Not a template design at all. Also, minutes to Bangor and the Univ. of Maine. Avalon Village Retirement Community Ocean View at Falmouth Custom co-op single and duplex homes. Also, rental apartments. Minutes from Portland set amidst natural surroundings. I don't know if it has an ocean view but is near the ocean. Its address 20 Blueberry Lane conjurs up one of the things Maine is famous for--blueberries. Any picking farms nearby?Ocean View at Falmouth The Highlands - Midcoast - "Gracious Retirement Living" in Topsham - 75 acres with meandering walking trails-Next door to Brunswick and Bowdoin College (a plus) and 25 miles to Portland.
