Marque at Heritage Hunt apartments is next door To Heritage Hunt. Both are for seniors over 55. First, we stopped by the Marque. This is a luxury resort-like rental community on twelve acres with one, two and three-bedroom upscale units. Rental communities are desirable when you want no maintenance, no condo fees and no property taxes. An elegant fountain plaza greets you at the entry and the long list of luxury amenities includes:

I did find this sunny pool area very charming. I would want to spend a lot of time here. The gorgeous clubhouse is a commanding scenic backdrop.
