The meaning of "top" for over 55 communities:
I consider top to be a list of communities that meet highest criteria of:
- location,
- amenities
- value
- conveniences desirable for seniors
- certain uniqueness
- appealing to the majority
Popularity
When a community gets lots of views, we believe there is something that is very appealing about it. This is why we base our list on what communities people are most looking at on a page of this website.
Selling Quickly
They came, they saw, and they took action!
Another way to say it is "top" is how fast it is selling due to great value, location or an outstanding feature. This kind of community can make you sorry you waited so long to take a look. We try in our descriptions to point this out when there is evidence of fast selling.
