The master bedroom was practically the first room I saw in the Oakville model and I was extremely impressed by the spaciousness and open feeling of this room. The adjacent luxury bath was icing on the cake.
Keep in mind that there are a lot of options shown in the Oakville Model. They felt it was a great way to put these options on display for the buyer. This bath has luxury upgrades.
What an impressive entry! Many options shown. For instance the standard columns would not have the added trim. Still quite beautiful. This is a craftsman look which gives a homey feel. This model is the largest home in the community at over 3000SF. There is a room at the front in addition to this separate dining room near the entry.
The kitchen is even larger than is shown in the photo. Can you imagine having family or business gatherings in an elegant yet comfortable kitchen like this one. Breathtaking!

For those of you looking for a smaller floor plan, the Cranbrooke is a good choice and one of the more popular plans (approx. 2098 SF). The smallest plan is approx. 1800 SF. Although there are approximately 14+ floor plans (verify), there is a model built for the Cranbrooke. Most people do like to see the finished product and this probably makes this floor plan more popular.
