Mid-Year Review of 55 Communities in 2020

This mid-year review of new 55 communities includes those 55+ communities in the most popular areas for retirement that have come out so far this year in 2020 and those mentioned by builders as coming soon up to 2021.  (Not all communities are listed.  See the state pages to get the complete lists.)  

Spaciousness at home and in the outdoor natural environment  are recurring themes this year.  Nature trails, hiking trails, lakes, large pool complexes with plenty of room to spread out, smart home amenities, new luxury finishes all play into the theme
